Buying a House

This cartoon was drawn by RJ Matson in 2007.

The different perspectives:

1. The beginning of the financial crisis started when people started buying houses through subprime mortgages.

2. The whole economy is about to topple over.

3. No.1 Culprit is the Mortgage Brokers (who wanted the sales).

4. The banks and appraisers fooled the wallstreet, securities and hedge funds companies by issuing good graded bonds using the lousy subprime assets.

Leave me a comment, let me know what you think.

For some buyers it is a big deal if they use mortgage when finance a house but it is depend on them on how they handle their credits. And of course they should always provide or invest money for the future.
